We have settled into Nursery really well over the last few weeks, exploring our new classroom and getting to know each other.

It has been lovely to meet everyone on our home visits this week and look forward to everyone starting next week. 

Nursery had a wonderful time at Wonderland looking at our favourite traditional tales homes and characters before having fun on the rides.

We have loved having our builder friends around over the last few months but it is lovely to now have a super new bathroom and cloakroom to use. We are very lucky. Thank you!

We worked together in nursery to stuff tights, paper mache a head and make linking chain curls for our wonderful scarecrow Goldilocks.

Nursery had a wonderful day out at Wonderland seeing the homes of many of our favourite, fairytale characters such as red riding hood and the three little pigs before going on some little rides. 

Another successful year raising money to help others. Nursery enjoyed wearing red and making, buying and selling cakes in our fund raising sale. Not surprisingly  our favourite part was eating them!

Nursery really enjoyed our Mum’s coming into nursery this week for a cream tea treat. It was lovely to spend time  sharing some of our favourite things in Nursery. Some mum’s were even treated to a special hairdo in our salon too.

Nursery have had lots of maths fun this week. We have been counting different things as well as objects and recognising when different groups of objects have the same value. In addition we have been exploring shapes, solving problems and developing our mathematical language.

Nursery enjoyed wearing our favourite pyjama’s and having lots of stories as part of our world book day celebrations. We also chose to learn all about the Gruffalo as one of our all time favourites.
